Was fortunate enough to have seen An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin last year in Austin, TX. LuPone is without peer on the stage today and Patimkin compliments her exceedingly well. The Evita sequence is worth the price of the ticket alone.

Saw this show at the McCallum theater in Palm Springs almost 2 years ago...its fun to watch these two consummate musical theater professionals at the top of the game ..it is absolutely spine tingling when they finally arrive in act 2 to the Evita set and restep into the roles that made them both Broadway stars almost 30 years ago without missing a beat...you almost wish that in spite of their chronological ages that they would just take the reins again in the upcoming revival next spring...this ones a keeper..GO..GET..TICKETS..NOW!
