I just found an amazing rental theater space in the Theater District. It's this gorgeous little intimate theater called the Ionica Theater on the 5th Floor of the Times Square Arts Building (corner of 43rd and 8th Ave). However here is the great catch, the artistic director does not rent it out on an hourly basis, but has a community of artists that use it on a part time continuing schedule. Its this really inspiring place to work. Has a projection screen, raked seating, projector, the works.
